Weightlifting Etiquette
Universal:
Avoid walking in front of people during their set. Exceptions: walking in front during very light warmups assuming you know the person and their training well too During competitions with cramped warm up rooms.
Do not drop 5kg bumper plates from overhead, these are usually brittle and break easily Exceptions: if you are a lifter for whom that is a working weight for and you fail a life - bodily safety is more important. In competition with large competition bumper plates(usually Eleiko plates).
